When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 3–5 working days. Each piece is handmade with care, so occasionally it takes a little longer — but it's always worth the wait.

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, your order should reach you within 4–7 days, depending on your location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges if something arrives damaged or defective. Since our pieces are handmade and part of a limited collection, we're unable to offer general returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

What if my product arrives damaged?

That's on us. Please reach out within 72 hours with photos or a video, and we'll make it right. Refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

Gently. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. A soft dusting or light spot clean is all it needs.

We don't mass produce. Each design is made in small batches — so once it's gone, it's gone.

Will sold-out products come back?

Sometimes, but not always in the same form. We prefer to evolve our designs rather than repeat them.
