Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 3–5 working days. Each piece is handmade with care, so sometimes it might take a little longer, but it’s always worth the wait.

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, your order should reach you within 4–7 days, depending on where you are.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges if something arrives damaged or defective. Since our pieces are handmade and limited, we don’t offer general returns. Kindly refer to the Return Policy. 

What if my product arrives damaged?

That’s on us. Please reach out within 72 hours with photos/videos, and we’ll make it right. Kindly refer to the Return Policy. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Once it’s on its way, we won’t be able to stop it.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No — we currently do not offer COD.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is crafted by hand- slowly, carefully, and with intention.

Will my product look exactly like the pictures?

Each piece is handmade- Slight variations in colour, texture, or form are what make your piece yours.

Who makes these products?

Behind every piece is an artisan who has spent years mastering their craft. We work closely with them to turn ideas into something you can live with.

What materials do you use?

We work with yarns, textiles, beads, and mixed materials depending on the piece. You’ll find the specifics on each product page.

How do I care for my product?

Keep it gentle. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. A soft dust or light spot clean is all it needs.

Limited Collections

What do you mean by “limited pieces”?

We don’t mass produce. Each design is made in small batches, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Will sold-out products come back?

Sometimes, but not always in the same way. We like evolving our designs rather than repeating them.

Why limited collections?

Because good things take time. Limited runs let us focus on quality, detail, and the people making them- not just the numbers.

How can I get early access to new drops?

Join our early access list or follow us on Instagram. That’s where everything begins.

Do you take custom orders?

Not right now. We’re focused on building our collections, but we’re listening 👀
